For those who choose it, we also do Biblical Coaching or include spirituality in our sessions. We like to focus on helping people break through personal barriers and achieve their goals through workshops, books, and coaching. I started The Life Cycle Coach, LLC (aka TLC2Go) in 2022, and I have been in ministry since the late 1990s.

During your Free Discovery Call, inquire about your coach’s personal journey. In my own journey, I faced significant social anxiety, which impacted many of my relationships. Through education, counseling and therapeutic techniques, I was finally able to overcome my social anxiety. Then, in 2018, I cared for my mother with dementia for several years, including through the COVID-19 pandemic, while also raising a teenager. Balancing marriage, parenting, and caregiving during a time of limited support was overwhelming, to say the least. However, I encountered a supportive couple who guided me through this challenging time, helping me plan and navigate the next steps for both my mother and myself. Inspired by their assistance, I chose to become a source of support for others facing similar challenges.
